- We deliver across Pakistan through our courier partner, Leopards Courier.
- Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or upon order confirmation. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to courier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
- We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the specific product page.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
